Susie has a show business background. At fifteen, she starred in the West End. In the late
sixties, she topped the charts as the lead singer with the Paper Dolls. In 1981, she
became the first female day time presenter on independent radio where she achieved the
highest listenership. She is the only twice winner of the prestigious Sony Radio
Personality of the Year. Top of the Pops have invited her back throughout the past four
decades to either present or appear on the UK’s number one music programme. Susie
has spearheaded many campaigns, raising millions of pounds to benefit the people of the
North West and through doing so, has acquired excellent organisational skills.
Susie’s business partner is Phil Taylor, and together they are a formidable pair.
Whilst friendly and outgoing, Phil possesses a calm but confident air and is the perfect
partner for Susie whose enthusiasm is harnesses and directed by Phil’s operational
skills.
Phil’s background has been in sales, management and radio production. With a
Diploma and HNC in Media Technology, CIM Diploma in Marketing and a Degree in Accountancy
from Salford University, his attention to detail is second to none in his career choices
and even his hobbies. He was a qualifier for the National Finals at dressage, proving even
his out of work activities require skill and expertise.
Susie and Phil create the atmosphere required to ensure that any event, corporate or
personal, is successful and memorable whilst a sense of humour is guaranteed!
